About Dr. Akerson

Since starting my own alternative healthcare practice in September of 2003, I’ve worked with a variety of patients from all walks of life and developed an intense passion for health and wellness. My purpose in creating this website is to work with you, determine what your body needs, and then help you make an informed decision when selecting natural alternatives to restore and maintain that optimal level of health. It is my goal to help you avoid two problems I often see when one considers the idea of supplementation. The first being the lack of professional guidance when making supplement choices and end up buying products of no quality or ones that their body doesn’t need, providing no health benefit. The second is they get caught up in a sales pitch and end up spending an astronomical amount of money on a product when they could be getting them same thing for a lot less. It is also my goal to guide you and show you where to find quality products at affordable prices. It is crucial to focus on health and wellness, rather than wait for sickness and disease to present itself and then decide to do something about it.
